It's finally summer. School is over, classes are done, and finals have been taken. It's been great to spend the past few days with Ben with nothing else to do: no homework or studying or office hours.
I fly back to New Hampshire tomorrow and have so much to do in the meantime
(why I'm blogging instead of doing it I'm not entirely sure).
At the moment I'm trying to make order out of the chaos that is my room.
Luckily I don't have to be out of this apartment until the sixteenth of August and Ben and I can move into our new apartment on the sixteenth as well so I'm just leaving my stuff here so we can drive it all over that day (we get back from FL on the 15th).
Yesterday at church we spent the third hour talking about the importance of family. There are many parts of the gospel that I feel strongly about - but family is up there. It still amazes me that an omniscient God created this world for His children to grow and progress and He decided the best way for us to do that was in families. He could have organized this world any way He wanted and he chose to do it around the family. I am SO excited to see my family tomorrow. I've never been away from home this long and I can't wait. I am also so incredibly excited to be starting my own family in a month and a half. There is nothing more important than family and I am looking forward to a summer, and a life, so centered around it.
