I LOVE FALL.
1. I love crisp weather.
2. I love beautiful leaves.
3. I love vibrant colors.
4. I love peacoats and scarves.
5. I love hot chocolate.
6. I love down comforters.
This time of year always makes me miss New England and I'm so excited for the time, sometime in the next four years when I'll get to spend a fall there again. Everyone here in Utah gets excited for the leaves to change - but there are hardly enough trees to constitute an actual change! (okay okay - I'll admit it is still lovely there, just not quite the same).
I love sun without sweating and I love the crunch beneath your feet as you step on freshly fallen leaves. I love the excuse to make chocolate chip pumpkin bread (while I do not like the feeling after eating almost an entire loaf by myself). I do not like waking up in the dark but I do like bikerides and afternoons in the park.
Just a little countdown: Two months from tomorrow Ben and I will by flying to the East Coast - and I could not be more excited!

AHH. FALL. Anywhere is the best. BUT New England fall...its to die for. I can't wait to get out there for the fall sometime!! :)

i like the reasons you love fall! we use a down comforter year round, and i couldn't be happier with it! we actually have two, one full and one king, but we have a king size bed and are using our full because my hubs says its better. whatever. but theyre like the comfiest things ever! i totally agree :)

I love the changing of the leaves. The only thing that beats it's beauty is the new flowers of spring! The feelings of fall, the family time, the closeness, and wrapping up of another great year. I love those parts! Beautifully written as always! :)

As I live in AZ, my favorite part of fall is that week were it finally gets under 90 degrees consistently. That usually happens in late October or November sometime.
Hot Chocolate. Yes. I started drinking it again about two weeks ago, even though it's still a bajillion degrees in Arizona.
