Climbing, Dying, and Cafe Rio

So Friday we were done at noon.
Which made Friday feel like a Saturday.
Love those days.

We spent the afternoon rock climbing in Furgeson Canyon in SLC with the Millers.
Check out the Utah fires that are making our world smell like camping 24/7.

After climbing we hit up the platforms. Ben did cool tricks. And this brave girl jumped off a platform (and managed to cut my face with my fingernail in the process). Everything is way higher from up there. I thought I was going to die.

After hours of climbing and swimming we were STARVING.
Mexican is Ben and Dave's favorite so we headed to Cafe Rio
I got the fire grilled steak quasidillas. So, so good.

Ben got some kind of burrito...
and despite the HUGE portions (I ate a little over half of mine), he quickly turned his plate into this:

Ben and Dave were so excited to eat :)

Oh and Sarahjane got the pulled pork salad - and let me tell you, that dressing is to die for. If they sold it in bulk it would probably be the only kind we ever used.

Thanks Cafe Rio for such a yummy dinner!
After we headed home for ice cream and a movie (although we had to give me a few hours to get over my food coma).

Have you ever jumped off platforms?
How about eaten at Cafe Rio? What do you order?

Happy Tuesday!

Sounds like you guys had an awesome weekend! Kudos to you for rock climbing - the little bit that I did (which may or may not really count) totally kicked my butt. I didn't realize how much work it was to climb.
The food looks delicious!
